I am looking for a leak in my boat and I think it is the vent or drain holes for the front ballast bag. I cannot think of another way to get to the holes beside removing the sub but I can't figure out how to get it out. I have tried removing all the Allen bolts around the cover but that just takes the cover off and there are no more screws or anything that would take it out. Any help is appreciated.

You have to remove the entire black plastic front. There should be about 8 to 10 screws holding it in. Having said that, I think you are going to be disappointed once you do. There really isn't any access to the front pnp bag through there. The hoses only pass through. I think you may want to remove the bag itself and check all the fittings.

Well it's kind of been narrowed down to that because I have taken the boat out with no floor and we have filled and drained everything and there are a few drops here and there but nothing that would add up to the amount of water that comes out when I pull the plug. The boat gets used mostly in salt so if it were leaking somewhere around the engine or tranny there would be dried up salt. At least I would believe so. Then finally we never had this much water until we added the pnp bags, so before that those holes never saw water and since they have been there has been water in the bilge, that's the only place I have left to look. After that I'm stumped on where all this water is coming from.
