I just ordered 2 sumo 900lb v surf sacs to replace my fly high 400's. I was just wondering if I am going to need different fittings than the 3/4" flo rite quick connects that are currently on my fly highs?

What are you going to do with the 400's? I may be interested if you are selling. What model number are they as Fly High has about 3 models that are 400 lbs. W713, W701, or W030?
Thanks

ko... if the fitting on the 9s are the same as the 6's and bow sack I tested, then you will need to get the 1" thread in quick connects that fit your connections. Straightline has them, just order them, thread them in, and your bags will plug right in.

http://www.wakemakers.com/wakeboard-bal ... t-fittings

towards the bottom of page is the "straightline 1" thread to 3/4" quick connect" or something along those lines. 5 bucks each.

If the shipping is too expensive to have quick connect fittings shipped internationally simply use 1" thread x 3/4" hose barb elbow fittings from Home Depot. That is the reason why Liquid Force went with NPT fittings instead of a proprietary thread like Fly High. They are only $1.50 each and will do the trick.

Thats a great idea spencerwm, I hadn't had a chance to look into that yet. Now that I know, that is definitely what I am going to do. Hooking it up with home depot connectors will leave me with a bunch of quick connects to play with on my 400's around the boat :D

Now all I need is for the lake to thaw out :(

Fingers crossed it will actually be a little sooner. The sac looks good and fits really well. It will be less expensive than Fly High and will be larger if that has not been established on another thread already.
