Ok, I have a 2011 A22 that I purchased new in December 2011 (it was winterized @ purchase time). I love the boat, however the entire transmission was replaced mid summer of this year due a leak and I haven't had any problems other than this. I currently only have 44.9 hours on the engine and will be dropping it off at the dealer next week for its winterization. My question is this...should I have the impeller replaced during the oil change/winterization or would I be best waiting until next year to get this done? Seems like low mileage to get this replaced even though it is at the 1 year period. The boat is housed in Alabama and Georgia. Please advise!!!

I plan to replace mine annually once my A20 actually arrives. I read a thread on this forum that made my decision for me. If it's going to be in the shop for winterization anyway, it won't hurt to go ahead and replace it at that time.

I find, Impeller life varies with water quality. If you have crystal clear water, it will last much longer (YMMV). I got 200+ hours out of mine and when I took it out it still looked good.

Is it worth even getting my boat winterised if its only out of the water for 10 weeks at most?

Does it get cold? I would at least drain everything if there is even a chance of freezing. You don't want to have to put in a new block, been there on my old boat.

Might have the odd day that it gets to 1 or 2 degree c but never snows or anything like that

Sounds like where I used to live. I would still drain all the water just in case of some freak temp drop, but I never did more than that.

What water are you talking about? Like cooling water? The Australian models are all salt water series so the have an in closed loop of coolant? Don't hold me to this I'm not 100% pick my boat up next week can't wait

Yeah I'm talking about the fresh water cooling system. Sorry I don't know anything about the salt water models, you didn't say that's what you're asking about
