Just to clarify this dealer is Rivercity Marine in Kamloops B.C. I'm on my way to pick up my boat right now. This dealer has gone out of there way to help me in what ever situation we have had. I too have had seat skins replaced, water pump issues, deck trac, taking on water , and in fact they are replacing my wife's wakeboard for something minor. They have helped with phone calls when I'm on the water. They are awesome. I think if you had your shit together last october this probably would not be an issue right now as your warranty runs out. I'll be on the water this week thanks to them!!!

I am very happy to hear that you have had a good experience.

Unfortunatly I even asked my dealer for the number for Axis last october because I felt they had not fought for my replacement hard enough and I never did recieve the number. So getting this warranty work was my last ditch effort. I am hoping to work something out with them so that I can have my boat back for the start of the season and I will keep you guys posted on how it goes. But as for their bold claims in their mission statement I don't feel like I have recieved the service I had expected.

I don't know if this is common but when I buy a brand new boat the least they could have done when I picked it up is fill the tank and throw in a t-shirt.
Lol... but i'm over that already

Why is it when someone has problems with a dealer, eventually there is always someone popping up to defend said dealer.... i wish we could compare customers to see what the differences are and why it seems some people get all kinds of help and other have to fight to get what they deserve
