How can I keep the motor dry and from sweating? all the parts are rusting up . I live close to the coast, So that does not help.... Thanks

Well figured it out . I went and found me a timer switch and a Drop light and stuck it by the motor and it all dried up . Also if the Temp drops below freezing it will keep the temp up past freezing.
