I saw this video on a new ballast system and wanted to share.

http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=rela ... YJ85CEc2Sw

It seem like a great idea to me, but i was curious to see what people with more experience thought of it. Any major design flaws or Cons to this system compared the traditional sac setup?

It seem rather simplistic, so I wondering why this hasn't been thought of yet. Or has it been being kicked around in the industry for a few year and I'm just late to the party?

Thanks

Where's the attachment for a swim platform? Kinda hard to get back into the boat.

That guy lives and tests on my lake. Pretty cool and definitely opens the doors to better faster ballast in the future. With this forced in water, you can fill tanks that are above the water line (i.e. bow ballast). That is the big flaw with mb/epics style ballast systems.

Its cool and I would love to see a system like this go into production...
