Here's a video of my A20 wakesurf wave. I used to run center tank full, but now I run center empty to get the boat to list a little harder to the surf side. I've found that when I fill the center tank too, the wave gets too steep and the pit shrinks.
This is my buddy Josh riding...he gets pretty far back from the boat around 35 seconds in.
Surf side: Rear hardtank FULL Rear PnP 750lb bag FULL Extra 400lb V-drive sac sitting on floor resting against surfside seats (or on top of seats if you don't have a lot of friends in boat) Extra 400lb V-drive sac in bow hugging surf side long ways Guests sitting on port side seats starting from rear to glovebox
Other: 950lb Mushroom bag under bow FULL (only holds about 650 under the seats) Center tank EMPTY
Also, in regards to turning the wheel to help the wave....that is true in my boat if you turn *slightly.* Anything past that and you steepen the wave waaaay up (it looks great though! hah) but the pit absolutely disappears. If the rider isn't within 3 feet of the swim platform when you turn sharp, they will drop out.
Also I have a 750 fat sac already. Usually I don't have very many people on the boat. Should I buy two more 750's for the seat and front? Or 1100 rear, 750 front, 400 thoughts?

I find the sweet spot for speed varies with the rider. But, anything between 10.6 and 11.4 should be nice. The faster you go, the longer the wave is going to get....so try to find that sweet spot that each rider likes. You can also dial in the speed before anybody even jumps in the water, and then adjust as needed.
For the PnP bags, you need 750s in the rear and the 950 in the bow (it's the mushroom bag, under the seats). The more bow weight the longer the pit is going to be, in my experience. If you load the back too hard the wave will be super steep and the pit will be right behind the platform, which is annoying. Try to keep the overall weight between the surf side bow and surf side rear balanced. What I posted above is the best wave I've been able to find. If it is too steep and short, weight the bow harder. Mine almost takes on water over the bow every time I slow down when wakesurfing, you have to be careful, but I'm pushing the wave on the A20 to the max.
Aside from that, all you need is 2 x 400lb fat sacks (THIS MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE IN WAVE SIZE)...one for the bow surf side (on top of seats) and the other for surf side seats between rear locker and glovebox. I'll try to get pics of the bags next time I go out, but that seems to be the perfect combo for my little A20.
