I guess I'm lucky so far on my 2011. I've got 145hrs and the adhesive is holding well.

The replacement mat for the 2012 is a hard mat, just got mine installed last week.

Ya the new hard mat only fits the 2012 & newer platform due to the cutout corners as far as I know.

I like the soft SeaDek, but would love to have a new style platform.

Dealer said that they would definitely fix the mat and I asked about the hard mat so that this won't happen again and he said that they could do it. As for the vinyl on the swinging door ripping that we are on our own on. They will warranty the vinyl once but is just happens again. I'm going to do what the owner did in the post above to fix the problem.

That was going to be my next move if the strap didnt hold. My brother has the A20 & it has hinges at the top with a small "shock" to keep it up/open. However my strap invention is hold up great as long as some idiot doesnt swing the door open 100 miles an hour & rip the screw out.
