My buddy just bought a brand new 2016 T23 and we are trying to figure out the best surf set up on it. It has the factory ballast plus the plug and play bags in the rear lockers and one in the bow.
What set up have you guys found to be the best?
Thanks!

There are many threads about this. As you will see in almost all of them, fill up everything! Got as much bow weight as you can. I prefer the wedge down when riding regular and wedge up when riding goofy. 11mpg is my sweet spot but can ride anywhere from 10.4-12.

^^^^ this.
Seriously. You just fill it all up, drop the wedge, have a couple people sit in the bow, set the cruise to 11.8, flip the surfgate to the appropriate side and go. There is no "set-up." That's the whole point of buying a boat designed to surf from the ground up.
