I did finally determine that my bow bag was leaking via the fill line. The check valve must be the problem. I am replacing the check valve with a ball valve to turn off and on.

I also changed to the 2773 prop. Hard tanks full, 650bow, 650 sitting on seats in bow, 650 in walkway and 900 in rear. Running at 3400-3700 rpm depending on speed.

Sounds like a good amount of weight! Any pics of the wave? What speed?

Pretty strange, I also have the same issue, only with the bow bag (Sumo 650#) and determines it was most likely the check valve. I ordered a replacement and hope to swap out this weekend.

I personally am not a fan of the sumo 650 for a underseat bag. That bag only has 1 port on top for vent line which makes you have to fill from one of the bottom corner ports. The inline check valves are just a rubber flapper. I imagine with all that back pressure on that valve could cause it to seep by or fail. I use the wakemakers triangle bag in my 16 A20 but if that's to pricey I would use the flyhigh 1000lb triangle just because of port options. Both bags have a drain port at the bottom/middle of the bag and the fill and vent ports are on top at the tip of the bag so they will go up into the hollow spot up in the bow, won't push up any cushions and no back pressure on your fill check valve since filling at top of the bag.
