First, the RTIC 20 hard cooler fits under the seat of the A24 with no issues and you can still open the lid. The cooler is exactly 15" tall and that is absolutely all the room you have under the cooler seat cushion.

Now the trailer winch upgrade. I believe most, if not all, of the Axis trailers come with a Fulton 1400lb winch. I swapped mine out with a Fulton 1800lb that also has a longer and thicker handle. Night and day difference in cranking, I'd say easily at least 25-30% less effort, especially that last 3"-4" to snug it up on the bow eye. I'm going to swap out the 20ft strap with a 10ft strap to make it even easier.

What's the cost of the 1800lb winch and any issues with clearance with the longer handle? If it matters I have an A20.

If it's the two bolt mount Fulton it'll work. No handle clearance issues. I got mine on Amazon for $95 shipped and it was at my door in two days. Mounting was less than 10 min. Simple and worthwhile little modification in my opinion. Your A20 should crank easy compared to an A24
