Have any of you heard of this. I just found out about it the other day when I asked my boss how he keeps his truck looking so clean all the time. Long story short it's supposed to be scratch resistance, stain resistant, scum resistant. Simply spray it down when it's dirty and doesn't spot up. Also it can be applied to the entire boat like seats and windows. I found this video on YouTube but was looking to hear some personal experience and possibly some prices if anyone knows. Cool product for sure!

Tagging along to hear how this works as well. Any idea how difficult it is to apply?

From what I understand it's a long a long process and has to be timed in order to cure properly. I was looking at one video that was talking about their car applications. depending on what level you got it changed the warranties up to lifetime. So I assume there is difference in process or product. I don't know much and hoping someone else has some insight

I've installed this stuff on my vinyl wrap on my truck. The product I used was called CQUARTZ. It worked great, I've had it on about a year. Unfortunately, my truck sits out in the elements 24/7, so I'm starting to see areas where it's wearing off.

It's definitely makes my wrap hydrophobic though. If you could apply it yourself, go for it. But if you have to pay someone to do it, it'll be around $1000. It really wasn't hard to do myself, but vinyl wrap is very forgiving.

I just got a quote from a dealer in Lorton, VA and it is pricey. Here is the quote:

Below is a the price breakdown for multi coating options based on the number of warranty years. These prices include multi-level gelcoat correction to get the surface as perfect as possible prior to coating. The process for the entire job will require approx. 3 days to complete, and the below prices are for the application taking place at my facility in Lorton. I have all the necessary equipment here and can maintain a clean environment to ensure a clean application. You mentioned possibly having the work performed at the lake. Do you have access to a clean indoor environment? Obviously, I would also need to find hotel accommodations nearby and transport all of my equipment down there, so if you are interested in pursuing that option we can discuss in more detail and determine a price that works for both of us.

1 Year Warranty - $1,880
2 Year Warranty - $3,000
3 Year Warranty - $3,950
Add full interior protection for $500

For this type of money, I'd look for a self installation kit or maybe another product.

Yea 4 grand is too steep for me also. Like others said a self install kit would be less stressful on the wallet but it would be a good bit of work. Personally I am really only concerned about the bottom half of the boat from the rub rail down. The river i ride on dirties the boats so quickly and requires constant attention to wipe down and keep clean. With a newborn in the mix now I feel like i will have less time at the ramp to complete my usual cleaning. I like the idea of just being able to spray the boat down with a hose and be on my way
