I've heard back and he's addressing a few issues and avoiding others, another email going out tonight and I've gotta find a local gel coat place to redo half my boat that can match the flake that got ruined

Looks like we got things completely aligned so now I have to call a dealer 2 hours away about bringing it in as the local dealer doesn't seem to care about any of my issues even though some things weren't addressed because of them!

Thought I would post an update.
Heard back from the dealership yesterday. My boat is in good structural shape. Stringers are still attached and nothing is broken.
Still have the stress cracks in the gel coat and some cracks in the corners of the under seat compartments but they are cosmetic.
Personally, I'm fine with some cosmetic issues here and there so I'm not going to shell out a couple grand to get the stress cracks filled. Maybe when I sell it in the future.
