2016 A22 with Monsoon 350, running a 2313 prop, no ballast, 3-4 people in the boat, top speed is around 33 mph as well.

2015 T22 w/ 409 and 2249 can get to 39-40 depending on wind and chop.

2016 T23, 409, 3600 feet, 1235 prop, 42-43 ish. I drop about 5-6 mph with the 2315. It's lower at 7000+ feet.

I took my boat out one more time to warm up the oil before I changed it:
2014 A22 with LS3 motor and ACME 2419 prop @217 ft above sea level, half tank of gas, driver only: 39.2 (GPS)
I measured twice going in opposite directions. Each time the max was 39.2 at ~5800 RPM (wherever the ECU starts cutting gas).

33 MPH with 409 & 2313 prop. I'm debating on switching to the 2419 prop. The thinking is that I'll lower my GPH burn rate (my first tank during the break in period was at around 6 GPH) by lowering my RPMs during waking boarding sessions and during normal cruising speeds, while slightly increasing the RPMs during wake surfing, which we do about 65% of the time. What do you guys think?
Other speeds/RPMs:
2900 RPM - 10.5 MPH, factory ballast, 360 lbs of lead in nose + 4 people & wedge down
3600 RPM - 20.0 MPH, empty ballast, 360 lbs of lead in nose + 4 people & wedge up
3700 RPM - 22.0 MPH, same set up
3900 RPM - 23.4 MPH, same set up
4800 RPM - 29.3 MPH, same set up
