The surfgate needs bigger fuses. Had the same issue on my 16 T23. I also have the oil issues I've been told by Malibu and PCM that the boat will use oil while running under the heavy loads I run surfing and boarding. I just get a gallon of oil and check it each time before I go out and fill as needed. Boat now has 85 hours and I just started my 2nd gallon of oil.

WTH? I'm at 155 hours and I don't think I've ever added oil between oil changes. Half those hours are surfing with 3400 lbs +people + wedge. What do you have in your boat to burn that much oil?
