Engine Fault code reads on the boat. Oil is fine. Engine Temp is fine. Beeps really loud and can't figure out what it is. Only indmar dealer near lake hartwell is backed up for a long time.

I read on here there is a way to see what the code is, but haven't figured out that way yet. I really want to diagnose and attempt to fix this for this 4th of July weekend. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be or how I can see more details from the computer on what is setting it off?

Thanks!

2010 Axis A22 Vandall Edition

P.S. Thanks yall for the help plumbing in the extra ballast. The thing is a monster now.

Press and hold both black buttons on your speedometer, and another Sub menu will pop up. Just scroll through the sub menu in find diagnostic code or error code. It will give you the code and you can just Google it.

I also boat on Hartwell. My light comes on repeatedly from O2 sensors. Dealer in Seneca turns the light off and two trips to the lake later it's back on. They say it's from surfing and there isn't anything they can do. I unplugged my beeper under the dash.

I've got a beep they can't fix either. But I can reset it myself by turning the battery off for 15 seconds. Not terrible. Guess I'll live with it.

What two buttons on the speedometer? I have a 2010 there aren't any buttons on the actual speedometer.

Is that the process for resetting? Simply cut the battery from something like a perky switch? Wasn't sure if I needed to do that or completely disconnect the batteries for a bit

Was about to post the question surrounding how to reset after a code has been addressed...my dealer wants me to wait 3 months (no joke) before they'll even touch the boat.

That little switch on the right of the sub glove box compartment is what I use. I leave it off 5 or 10 seconds, then start it up again. 2 or 3 boating days later, the alarm (it's a fuel line pressure alarm) comes on again but the boat never has any trouble running. Just beeps every 5 minutes until I reset it. I had them reflash the computer and replace the sensor. Still does it. Usually at WOT with a very heavy load.
