A22owner, that's the plan. Dealer is waiting to hear back from Axis. Was just curious if anyone had done it before and knew the price off the top of their head.

my guess is $850 shipped from Malibu.. That's assuming they color match it (I didn't know they would do that)

Of course it'll come color matched, it's a gel coated part...why wouldn't it not come color matched? If you ordered a new platform would you expect it matched? For reference a platform with new pad is around $1400 shipped so i don't think it'll be too bad as in price for one gate.

I didn't know if they sold individual pieces that are gel coated hence why I said I didn't know..

They build it using the same gelcoat code that the boat was built with. Built to order.

I just got a new gate last week for a Malibu in my shop. Less than a few hundred Canadian. Don't stress, it came color matched.

I got slammed by a pontoon on my Surfgate. Didn't damage the actuator it ended up costing $400 for a replacement from Axis color matched of course. Quick and easy install to do your self just have to use the old Surfgate as a template for the drill holes.

$400...for $15 worth of material. Glad they don't mark up the price of boats using that ratio.
