Not sure, but supposedly...
My partner had everything installed at gosurfassist.
Here's a video with info about ballast below it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRFCMmoTTrQSumo doesn't make a 1000 to my knowledge, 900's are the biggest, and not even on Straightline's (maker of Sumo) website.
I had never seen them or heard of 'm, but check 1:27 in this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXOdqah ... e=youtu.beDoes look like Sumo 1000's somehow!
I see what Sumo did after reading the specs on the new Sumo Max black bags compared to their gray bags. The older 600 has the same specs as the new 650; the older 750 is the same as the 850; finally the older 900 is the same specs as the 1000. About 2yrs ago an extensive test was done on Sumo and Fly-High bags. The Fly-Highs were found to hold less than advertised except 1 bag. On the other hand, Sumo's bags all held MORE than advertised. I bet Sumo had to sell out on the stock of older gray bags and just renamed the new black bags with the accurate weights...makes sense especially when real numbers makes a difference because the Sumo 900 does hold 1000lbs, whereas the Fly-High 1100 only held 975-1000lbs.
