I put mine in opposite. I stand on the bow seats and put it in upside down nose pointing to the back. I had to adjust the straps the first time but now am able to just slid the boards in. I put the board in enough to where the fins are about touching the front strap.

Finally got around to taking some pictures. I think my board is just to short. Did it both ways like I originally did fins toward the bow and as other suggested fins toward the stern. May need an extra strap or something like that or add pockets instead. Thanks everyone and if you have any other ideas let me know.

Your straps are in different places than mine, if you look at my pic, I have a strap in the middle on the bar and then another at the front. Looks like yours are at the spread out a lot more

Also noticed your rear strap is totally different than mine. On mine both traps look like your front one.

Thanks. I guess I will take it to a vinyl shop this winter and have a second locking/adjustable strap added a bit further back. Any advice on the rear strap flapping in the wind? It is really annoying.

Put fins up and forward on Bimini. Slide board from front to back until the heal pad on the traction of board slides just over the forward bar of the Bimini.

Note*** this works with most all skim style boards. Depending on fin setup you may need to un-clip the forward strap and put strap behind fins.
