Sounds like the horseshoe bag under bow with 750-800's in the rear will work fine then. Maybe an additional bag to move around when not many people in the boat.

This is what I managed to get out of my a22 with hard tanks full, 800s in the rear, bow sac plus an additional 800lbs in the bow and wedge
