I can only order the 2313 "torque prop" from factory so I guess I'll have to give it a go. So sounds like the 900s bags wil fill all the way and be better that the 750s. What ballast should I run up front if I do the 900s in the rear?

Just keep your boat away from my $68k boat and it's all good.. Back to topic anyone know what ballast will fit in the front bow under seats of a T23? Do I want the biggest bag if I'm gonna run 900s in the rear? These boats are selling so the info must be out there.

There's not enough of them sold and on the water yet...it is December...so the info will start coming in the spring. As I said in the Malibu forum, you are the lab rat at this point besides a couple other guys ordering T23's. There's pretty much NOTHING out there as far as T23 "best" ballast and "best" prop set ups. Just get what you want, experiment, then share your experience. Get the biggest because you can always fill less but you can't fill what you don't have. Plus when you wakeboard you'll actually want an extra 400 sack in the walkway to balance the boat. In case you haven't researched, Axis boats perform better at wakeboarding with at least 60/40 weight distribution

Get both but nothing wrong with the standard speed control

Does not seem like the Surf Exhaust is really gonna do much as it looks like it only moves it inches and dealer says the new engines have such a high efficiency that its not needed. Not sure what the cost is for each...

FAE systems will make the boat much more quiet behind the boat. If music is very important to you while surfing then you'll like it. The main reason for FAE is carbon monoxide reduction. A Zero Off system is $1200-$1300 if bought retail. FAE system probably $475-$500.

Had zero off on my MB. As long as you don't frequent a river, zero off is superior to a paddle wheel in every way. Holds speed perfectly, no surging.

And yeah I'd definitely get the surf exhaust if it were me.
