Did you find a solution to this problem? I started having a similar problem this last weekend. The bilge and front/center ballast pumps won't turn on at all. If I press the toggle switch to any one of the three, then the light comes on all three switches. Found a blown fuse on the bilge direct line to the battery, but can't find anything else with my novice eyes.
