I've had my Axis going on fifth year now and still love it just as much as the first day I brought it home! They build em pretty good or I'd've ditched it by now. I don't think you can go wrong no matter what brand you buy

Just for the record a boat does not require foam to float. It's all about the amount of water the hull displaces. The only thing foam can do to help is take up space that would otherwise be occupied with water In the event you were swamped.
