The top Pulley is not rotating when the motor is running . I think I may have accidently hit the belt and pulley with fogging oil. Does the belt need to be change and if so what type of belt does it take . Inmar 335 2012 A20. Also how do you remove the belt . Do you have to take the top pulley off to replace . I've have done this with race motors in the past with the deep groove pulleys just like the one on my A20 335 Inmar. just not sure if there is an adjuster tensioner.
Also just a little insight the alternator and the crankshaft pulleys were rotating just not the top pulley. ( what is for ?)
Any help would be greatly appreciate.

The top one should be your water pump, take the belt off and see if it turns by hand, they rarely ever lock up so if you did get fogging oil on it, it may explain it, I'd just wipe the oil off with a towel and put it back on. Unless you have a parts store handy And then you could probably pick up a new v-belt for less than 15$.

I beleive this is the Indmar part for it, but I had last replaced it with a generic brand from an auto parts store. http://www.bakesonline.com/detail.aspx?ID=757. Does your belt have a part number on it? Bakes also carries plastic / stainless cup holders.

You can also just take the belt to a parts store they can measure the length and match the belt up
