I am the owner of an A22 now and love it so far. Just finished the 10 hour break in that Indmar recommends in the manual.
I have a question about the Tach, does not move smoothly, it like ticks or looks like it is sticking. Is this normal or is this something I should bring up to the dealer for warranty.
So far I love the boat and it get a ton of attention on the water. Cant wait to get behind it for a tow.
Thank you.

Congrats on the new boat. We are moving towards an A22 as well. Unfortunately I don't know much about them yet so hopefully one of the moknowledgeable members will be able to help. I would say if your concerned about it call your dealer. They are there to help and answer questions

I am not that concerned about it, boat runs great so I am sure if it is not normal it is a simple fix and will get taken care of when it goes in for its break in service and winterizing in a few weeks. I just want to know what to add to my list of things that they need to check out.

That is not normal I would get them to look at it when you take it in.

Mine does it. It still works just "ticks" as you say. I am of the mindset if its not broke dont fix it. Plus my dealer is 7hr away, so not big enough issue to drive back for.

I will bring it up for sure. My sale dealer is 4 hours away but there is a Malibu dealer that is only 1 hour away that will take care of the warranty.
Thanks guys.

Mine ticks from 200rpm one increment to the next. I think its a digital sensor being depicted on an analog gauge, so ticks are somewhat expected.
