New to the board with my 2013 A22. Put it in the water for the first time today. First problem was that the digital speedometer seemed to be way off at first. After some tweaking, I think it is closer. I read where some of you are taking GPS' out to calibrate it.
HOWEVER, my analog speedometer doesn't seem to be picking up anything at all. Once I get to what feels like 30 or 35 it shows me as going about 15 or 16. Obviously, this is decently frustrating. Anyone know of a way to fix this?
Last issue is the revving while turning, my lake is a bit obscure in shape and requires a sharp turn. I've read how the wheel may not be able to turn as freely while making a sharp turn causing the severe revs and slowing while turning. Would changing the cruise to an RPM standard help me fix this?
Love the boat, just want to get the kinks worked out!!!
Thanks for the help!

My new one seems to be fairly close to accurate on the actual speed. Although it struggle when using the cruise for some reason. It will not hold a consistent speed or an accurate speed.(if I set it at 20 it goes 21 to 21.5). Yesterday while I was out I used the RPM mode and it held very accurate speed. Quick trip back to the dealer and I'm sure they can fix it. For now I'll stick with RPM setting.

Yeah tex mine is the exact same way ill set the cruise to 20 and it will be reading 22 to 22.5 im thinking it just may not have been calibrated or something being brand new. If you find out differently let me know.

Problem is that the actual speed is not far off, but the speed I set my cruise at and the speed it actually goes is wrong. Also it tends to not hold the speed very well.
When I go back out on Saturday I will try and work it out.

My cruise does the same thing, worse in choppy water. It hunts around annoyingly unless its very smooth. Once settled in, or on smooth water it will hold pretty well. If its rough at all, I'll just start the pull by hand.
