I think we are switching over to the 1615 as soon as we can. We are in Denver so 5k ft of elevation. With 1100s in the back and the rest of the ballast full we can't plane with the wedge. We have to dump a bunch of ballast in the rear. We want to run the boat fully slammed for the biggest wake we can get!

Where are you guys getting the 1615-112m from? I looked all over and couldn't find one and ordered the plain 1615. It takes a little while for my boat to get on plane with everything full. Full pnp sac in front full center and full 750's in the rear. I can't run the wedge in this config because the boat won't go over 11 mph. I've been extremely happy with the wake without the wedge though. Does that sound normal to not be able to deploy the wedge with all the ballast? This is on an A20.

I am assuming you have the 335 motor? What altitude? If 335 it sounds right. I have an A22 with the 335 and got the CORE prop. its an OJ prop but similar rating as the acme 1615. I too have stock full, front pnp full, 750's in each locker full, no wedge and it planes nicely (at sea level). I then added 600 lbs of lead (400 bow and 200 mid ship). With the gas tank full and 4 guys it BARELY planes. I'd imagine when you add wedge (approx 1200 lbs "ballast" at wakeboarding speeds) which is 600 lbs more "weight" than I have, you will not plane. I love my wake without the wedge and 4000 lbs of weight.
You could try keeping your rear sacks half full and then drop that wedge. See how full you can get those sacks with the wedge down and then see if you like that shape better than wedge-less.
