Anyone know here I can find the white tower rope saver? I need a new one and can't find one anywhere and my dealer won't return my calls!

try a different dealer. Any Malibu/axis dealer parts department can dropship one to you.

If you're in the PNW I'd suggest bakesonline.com They may not list the part on their site, but you can call their parts department.
